We are currently hiring entry & intermediate level internet marketing professionals with paid social media ads experience to join our collaborative team.
What you will do:
- Build and execute on strategies for paid social media campaigns across the businesses in Exults’ portfolio
- Design, setup, and execute effective paid social campaigns using a variety of channels: Facebook/Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Linked In Twitter, etc.
- Build and monitor remarketing audiences
- Daily management of campaigns within individual platforms
- Budget management including optimizing for monthly pacing and adjusting bids
- Join a team of digital marketing specialists focused on driving growth for Exults clients
- Assist in developing marketing strategies to achieve client business objectives
- Ensure internal processes for paid social ads are best-in-class
- Stay current on the latest industry trends to implement best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Develop an expert-level understanding of how Search, Social, Display, and Web Development work in unison to deliver groundbreaking results
What you need to do it:
- A degree in Marketing, PR, Business Management, or a related field
- Experience with paid social ads – Facebook/Meta, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.
- Excellent writing, grammar, and communication skills
- Experience drafting, testing, and optimizing ad copy (preferred, but not required)
- Ability to analyze raw data and formulate insights for client strategy
- Understanding of basic Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, and Campaign Manager (preferred, but not required)
- Proficient with SEM reporting and analytical tools (preferred, but not required)
- Experience using Excel – Knowledge of formulas, building templates, tables/pivot tables, etc. (preferred, but not required)
- Ability to understand client business models and apply digital marketing strategies that drive growth
- A passion for growing businesses
- Strong desire to learn, and the ability to do so independently
- Most importantly, you’ll need exceptional communication skills, creative problem-solving skills, and the ability to think on your feet
