At a minimum, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Psychology, Sociology, Communications, or related field
- Familiarity with the Adobe Suite (preferred but not required)
- An extremely strong eye for detail and consistency
- Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats
- Strong follow up skills
- Sales and/or appointment booking or follow up experience
What will you be doing?
As a Sales + Marketing Assistant you’ll focus on helping grow our agency by assisting with sales follow ups and the development of marketing collateral. You’ll plan, develop, and launch campaigns for our agency on a variety of platforms including TV, partner networks, social media, and podcasts. You’ll develop press releases, white papers, webinars, email blasts, and ad creative. You’ll assist in managing vendor relationships, learn about media buying and marketing strategy, and implement tools and processes for sales development.
