Zach Hoffman

Zach‘s love for fast paced culture and growing business markets has kept him a South Floridian – often traveling to NYC to service business relationships. Zach has always been an entrepreneur at heart; while in college, before starting Exults , he worked as an Independent Internet Marketing Consultant for local businesses and started a lead generation website focused on affiliate offer marketing. Zach utilizes his finance and economics background to efficiently navigate the auction markets of Search Engines. When he is not found working on accounts and motivating his employees, you may find him road biking, watching professional sports, attending Florida Marlins games and participating in fantasy football leagues.

Meagan is an established client relations professional with many years of combined experience in the hospitality, private club, and charter yacht management industries. She has extensive knowledge in communications, marketing strategies, and social media management for business owners and executives. Known for her fine attention to detail and strong organizational skills, Meagan provides a smooth client experience where expectations are met and success is celebrated.

Randy Jarrin is the Chief Development Officer of Exults, a seasoned executive with a proven track record of driving business growth across various industries. He leverages his extensive knowledge in business strategy, finance, technology, and marketing to develop and execute high-impact campaigns for clients in a wide range of sectors, including technology, e-commerce, law firms, residential and commercial real estate, multi-unit operators, hospitality, food and beverage, health care, and more.

Randy’s ability to drive growth has been recognized with awards such as the grand prize of $20,000 at the 2014 eMerge Americas Hackathon “Hack for Social Good” Competition and the 2014 YoungArts: Art Hackathon. In his personal time, Randy enjoys spending time with his family and exploring the diverse cultural and entertainment offerings of Orlando.

Chad is a native to South Florida and truly lives by the motto “Fun in the Sun”. Chad comes to Exults as our Sponsored Networks & Analytics Specialist with a wide variety of personal and business skill sets. At the age of 14, he developed his own website which furthered his love for the Internet and business. As a Google Adwords Qualified Analyst, Chad is a guru at Data Analysis and provides our clients with influential reports on business development. The combination of his Google Ads knowledge, coupled with his Data Mining skills, makes for one deadly combination to your business’s competition. When he is not found crunching numbers, Chad spends his free time outdoors playing Ultimate Frisbee and Snorkeling.

Nicholas Sang, the Lead Designer at Exults, joins us from the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale. Nick is originally from New York and has always had a passion for art and design. With his extensive experience in artwork and design he has taken his knowledge to the digital space. At Exults he currently leads the team in implementation to achieve our clients end goals. When Nick is not found at his desk, he enjoys playing basketball, drawing, and experiencing life with his fiancée Melissa.

After growing up in Indiana’s countryside, Steve joined the Army. In his Army travels he discovered South Florida and knew then it would one day be his home. After the Army, Steve did move to Florida, landed a position with a major property developer and his ambition had him going to school at night. After nearly 20 years in property development, Steve applied his knowledge to a variety of businesses, including real estate, law, warehousing, retail and today he is part of the Exults Team.

Dan joined the Exults Implementation Team to assist in maintenance and integration of the ARC reporting system. Throughout his life experiences Dan has been continually interested in how things work and the unique power of computer programming. Dan is very involved in his local community as well as his family life and raising his two beautiful twin daughters. When he is not working, he can be found volunteering at his church or playing dad with his daughters. He also enjoys the outdoors, kayaking, reading, studying cultures and writing Chris Elliot fan fiction.

Dan Martin, a Sr. Web Developer from Boca Raton, FL, is a new addition to the Exults team in 2021. With over 15 years of web development experience, Dan’s passion for coding started back in 1998 after he developed his first website when he was just 13 years old. Since then, he has turned that passion into a successful career.

In his free time, he enjoys family, friends and playing basketball with his two sons, one who is in college and the other who is just starting high school.

Anna is originally from Barcelona, Spain, where she was born, raised, and earned her degree in Graphic Design. She moved to the US in 2015, working as a designer in Orange County, California. Getting closer to Europe, she moved to Miami in 2017 and joined the Exults team. Outside of work, Anna loves traveling, hiking, enjoying the warm South Florida waters, and taking care of her kitties and dog at home.

Born and raised in Argentina, Maria earned her degree in Marketing at the University of Business & Social Sciences before moving to Florida in 2019 to start a new life phase. Maria is a critical thinker and passionate about the digital marketing world – a perfect fit for the Sponsored Search team at Exults!
Outside of work, she enjoys going to the beach and spending time with her family, friends, and pups. Game night is her favorite, always hungry for winning any board games!

Charlotte is an Internet Marketing Professional at Exults and was born and raised in South East Michigan. Prior to Exults, she attended Grand Valley State University where she earned a degree in Advertising and Public Relations and a double minor in Writing and English. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, crocheting, and spending time with her family.

I’m Bien Bui, originally hailing from Vietnam but having made Florida my home since the age of 9. My academic journey led me to Florida Atlantic University, where I pursued a bachelor’s degree in marketing, with a minor in digital marketing. When I’m not hitting the books or working on marketing strategies, I love spending time with my family and friends.

Beyond my social circles, I’m an avid traveler, always eager to explore new destinations. The gym is another place where you’ll often find me, as I believe in maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle. But perhaps my greatest passion lies in the sport of soccer. Whether I’m playing or watching a match, the excitement of the game brings me immense joy. Life, for me, is about enjoying these simple things.

Kendra brings a dynamic mix of creativity and strategy to our team. Originally from Orlando, FL, she spent most of her life in Ohio before earning a bachelor’s degree in media studies with a minor in marketing from Ohio University. With a background in creative services and four years of experience in minor league baseball marketing, she has honed her expertise in social media marketing, content creation, audience engagement, and brand storytelling. Passionate about building meaningful connections through digital content, Kendra thrives on crafting compelling narratives that resonate with audiences. When she’s not brainstorming innovative campaigns, you’ll find her enjoying yoga, cheering on baseball teams of all levels, creating content just for fun, or exploring North Carolina with her husband, Noah, and their three beloved cats.

KOP enjoys laying in the sun in his backyard, eating iguana droppings, snacking on leftover fishing bait preferably squid, barking at passing boats, playing fetch, and lastly, getting treats from the mailman at Exults.
