CentraFalls is the latest community spearheaded by renowned South Florida real estate developer Label & Company. When it comes to real estate, it’s extremely important that the value the buyer is getting from their purchase is brought forward in a way the audience will easily relate to. It’s also important to consider the growth and evolution the community will undergo as the project progresses.
As the community is developed, we’ll need to replace renderings with photos, change calls to action from “presale” to “grand opening specials,” and enhance the information available about the homes as it emerges. When we laid out the design, we did so with the understanding that it will need to grow along with the community.
We’ve been fortunate enough to work with Label & Company on several developments, so we have a tried-and-true action plan. First we focus on what the community is going to offer homeowners once it’s complete. CentraFalls was designed with first-time home buyers and families in mind as the primary audience. The community is centrally-located in Pembroke Pines, surrounded by great restaurants, shopping, A-rated schools, parks, and easy access to major roads. Not only are the well-appointed and beautifully laid out homes a top selling point, but the location of the development needed a strong focus as well.
We structured the design to draw of the site to focus on high-end community living, a blend of city access with suburb accessibility, and highlight the different models available. Color played an important role in identifying the different models and creating visual anchors throughout the site.
We knew that mobile users would be frequenting the site after passing the development. We wanted their experience on mobile to highlight the most important information. The phone number is prominent on the mobile view of the homepage, along with the floor plans for the different models.
Developing or re-developing a website is a big undertaking; we have the experience and vision to help see you through from concept to completion. In the end, you’ll wind up with a fully actualized website that encompasses your brand and your business.
